**Firstly:**
The board certification process allows individuals to acquire essential knowledge and skills through books, practical training, or simulation-based exams. There are two types of boards:
1. **Academic:** This involves exams for equivalence as a first step towards obtaining a professional license, for example, in countries like the United States, Canada, Australia, and Germany. It is named the Board exam because it follows the national board regulating a specific profession in each of these countries.
2. **Professional:** This is a certification exam issued by a board of specialists who set the standards for designing the exam. Passing this exam grants the individual the status of a specialist in that field.
These professional certifications are powerful for several reasons:
– They focus on practical application in the profession rather than pure theory.
– They require continuous education for renewal, indicating a commitment to staying current in the field.
– They are specialized, demonstrating depth and expertise beyond a general qualification.
**Secondly:**
The European Board for Science and Development – Human Restart Germany has been officially licensed since 2014. It oversees programs and conferences in administrative, legal, and humanitarian sciences, led by a group of European and other experts.
The designation “European” is used due to the board’s licensing from three EU countries: France, the Netherlands, and the Federal Republic of Germany. The main office and administrative branch are located in Germany within the European Union. The board adheres to EU standards, rules, and laws in education and professional training. It is guided by a group of European leaders in the field, who serve as the primary source for the board’s standards in education and training.
**Who are the members of the European Board for Science and Development?**
In addition to specialized experts overseeing programs since 2014, the core of the board is formed by experts who participated in the European Quality Conference in Education held at the University of Bochum in May 2022. You can find a list of participants and their contributions [here](link).
