The European Board for Science and Development – Human Restart Germany has been officially licensed since 2014. It oversees programs and conferences in administrative, legal, and humanitarian sciences, led by a group of European and other experts.

The designation “European” is used due to the board’s licensing from three EU countries: France, the Netherlands, and the Federal Republic of Germany. The main office and administrative branch are located in Germany within the European Union. The board adheres to EU standards, rules, and laws in education and professional training. It is guided by a group of European leaders in the field, who serve as the primary source for the board’s standards in education and training.

**Who are the members of the European Board for Science and Development?**
