– We, Our, Us, the Website: All these terms refer to “Human Restart – the European Board for Science and Development.”

– Subscriber, Subscribers, Registrants, Users: These terms refer to anyone using “Human Restart platforms and their services and programs,” registered with the intention of benefiting from the offered products or services, whether the subscriber is a trainer or a trainee.

– Trainer, Trainers, Consultant: These terms refer to anyone providing training courses or special consultations through us.

– Trainee, Trainees, Recipient, Participants: These terms refer to anyone registered in our training programs, local or international conferences, or other activities, benefiting from them. These trainees can be individuals or companies.

How to Register and Subscribe to the Website

To subscribe to the Education European Board, individuals or companies need to contact us via email and provide their mobile number, request the desired service or program, and submit the necessary qualifications and documentation. Upon acceptance, they will transfer the subscription fee, which is considered as agreement to the terms and conditions governing the use of Human Restart – the European Board for Science and Development.

There is no specific age requirement for registration. Cancellation of Subscription

All subscribers to the Education European Board have the right to cancel their subscription at any time, at their discretion.

If a trainee wishes to terminate their subscription after paying the fees, they are entitled to request a refund if they notify us well in advance of the scheduled start date of the requested service. Otherwise, the amount paid will be considered a credit held in trust, which they can use for any equivalent program or event matching the service they initially registered for.

Education European Board reserves the right to terminate its relationship with any subscriber and remove or ban them from programs if they violate any clause of these terms and conditions or our privacy policy. Upon terminating the subscription, the website may, at its sole discretion, retain or delete any data uploaded by the subscriber to the website’s systems.

Refund Policy

Given the nature of our products, the general rule is that the Education European Board will refund the paid amounts to the participant if the service is canceled and not provided by Human Restart – the European Board for Science and Development. Otherwise, the refund policy is subject to the governing laws applicable to this matter.

First Party:

  1. Human RESTART – European Board for Science and Development, with its headquarters in the European Union, Federal Republic of Germany, Gänsemarkt 20, 45127 Essen, licensed by the Supreme Court with the number OH-Nummer: C-22376903, 5755. Referred to in this contract as the First Party.
  1. Second Party: The participant in our programs and international and local conferences, referred to as the Beneficiary.
  1. Introduction:

In accordance with the international protocol and the regulations of the European Union and relevant United Nations bodies, and based on the outcomes of the UNESCO-sponsored World Conference on Education in the European Union – Belgium, Human RESTART – the European Board for Science and Development, plays its role as a specialized body in disseminating science and community development in cooperation with the European Unit for Quality Education by organizing scientific conferences and training programs aimed at developing individuals’ and institutions’ skills according to the latest European standards.

After studying the beneficiary’s request to attend the event and benefit from its features and activities, based on the qualifications possessed by the beneficiary, where the beneficiary wishes to attend the event offered by the first party. As the parties acknowledge their eligibility to act, they have agreed under this contract to the following:

  1. Obligations and Rights of the First Party:

a) The first party undertakes to provide the opportunity to participate in the event registered by the beneficiary according to the specified program and within the terms and standards mentioned in the event file.

b) The beneficiary has the right to access all features and benefits specified on the event page without incurring any additional costs, provided that they comply with their subscription within the applicable regulations and rules.

c) In the event that the beneficiary does not attend the event due to official procedures such as delays in issuing entry visas for the host countries of the event due to reasons beyond the beneficiary’s control, or due to external reasons such as significant weather conditions or political events, the first party undertakes to retain the beneficiary’s right to attend the next identical event to the event mentioned in the above agreement.

In the event of cancellation of the event by the organizing party (Human RESTART), the subscription fees paid by the beneficiary will be refunded. If the beneficiary does not obtain the visa due to deficiencies in their documents, the paid advance will be refunded to them with a deduction for administrative expenses for the procedures actually taken, such as contacting the foreign affairs, embassies, visa acquisition protocol, preliminary hotel booking for the beneficiary in the event country, and preparing the participant kit for the beneficiary…etc. (from 15 to 25 percent of the fee value according to the attached invoices).

d) The first party has the right not to grant the features or benefits specified to the beneficiary, to remove them from the event, and cancel this contract, with the beneficiary being obligated to pay all expenses incurred under the contract, if any of the following cases occur:

1) If the beneficiary violates the regulations and rules applicable on the event’s dedicated website.

2) If a judgment is issued against them in a felony or misdemeanor.

3) If they engage in behavior that contradicts public morals, ethics, or laws during the event and in the country of residence.

4) If they repeatedly arrive late or leave before the end of the scheduled sessions, as such delays or early departures affect the quality of the event’s outcomes and constitute a clear violation of the regulations of the first party.

  1. Beneficiary’s Obligations:

The beneficiary, according to the provisions of this contract, undertakes the following:

a) Attend the required event for the specified duration.

b) Adhere to the regulations, rules, instructions, and guidelines governing the event.

c) Deposit an amount equivalent to 50% of the event’s cost, not exceeding €500, to allow the first party to reserve the designated place and prepare the kit and features for the beneficiary. Upon arrival at the event venue at its commencement, the beneficiary must pay the remaining dues to receive the kit, entry card, and other related items.

d) Make utmost effort in active participation and positive attendance.

e) Consult the event’s direct responsible party in case of any problems related to the event.

f) Provide the first party with any personal or event-related data or information as requested.

g) Continue participating in the event if the first party makes changes to some event details due to external events such as natural disasters or political events, among others.

h) The beneficiary is obligated to comply with the governing laws and penal conditions of all agreements and cooperation contracts entered into by the first party with third-party entities collaborating with the first party. The beneficiary is not entitled to enter into any additional agreements with any collaborating entities involved in the events of the first party outside of the first party. Failure to comply with this provision may result in compensation for the value of the violated agreements.

  1. Penalties for Failure to Fulfill Beneficiary’s Obligations:

a) The beneficiary bears the responsibility for the event fees in case of absence from the event without external justification as mentioned in paragraph 3, item g, or in case of failure to inform the first party of their absence from the event (for personal reasons) before the event date by a period of not less than 30 days.

  1. Miscellaneous Provisions:

a) Except for the termination cases specified above, the contract terminates upon the completion of the event and the first party and the beneficiary obtaining all their rights as stipulated, or after two Gregorian years from the date of signing the contract.

b) The first party has the right to refer to this contract and the identity of the beneficiary for any purpose without referring back to the beneficiary within the limits of official transactions and procedures conducted with international organizations regarding the organization and security of events, and their compliance with the official authorities in the host country within the terms and laws of the host country for the event. In various internal and external transactions that do not harm or inconvenience the beneficiary. The beneficiary is not entitled to refer to this contract in a manner that damages the reputation of the first party or imposes any obligations or financial or legal consequences as long as the first party is legally committed to protecting the beneficiary’s privacy and safeguarding their data without harming both parties and complying with the contract terms in principle.

c) The beneficiary acknowledges that their information on this website is accurate, and the first party may send any correspondence or notifications to it.

d) This contract is electronically drafted in accordance with the rules and laws of the European Union – Federal Republic of Germany, and both parties have the right to present a printed copy to the responsible authorities if necessary.

Jurisdiction:

These terms and conditions are subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, and all legal disputes are likewise subject to the same laws. In the event of any dispute between a subscriber and Human Restart, the dispute shall be resolved in accordance with German law.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions:

All website subscribers acknowledge that they have read these terms and conditions in detail and are committed to abiding by all provisions therein. They affirm their agreement to these terms and conditions in full, and in the event of a breach of this agreement, we reserve the right to suspend the subscriber’s account and cease further dealings with them, referring the matter to the judicial authorities.
